Hakomi Training

This Level 3 Hakomi Training is designed as a continuation of our Level 1 and 2 curriculum and is open to those of you have previous Hakomi experience. It is online and welcomes participants internationally. It will stretch from Sept '22 to May '23 and we will be deepening into our capacity to attune to the experience of others, and how to support each other in our inner explorations and healing, using the Hakomi method.

What is the format?

We offer weekly 2.5 hour sessions. We combine embodied practice, theoretical learning and sometimes draw on learning materials such as videos.

Does it count toward certification?
