I am a clinical psychologist, Hakomi practitioner, mindfulness guide, and breathwork facilitator, fascinated by the mystery of our human experience.

My encounter with Hakomi started in 2013. It felt like I had found what I had always been looking for: an approach that sees the whole person in mind, body and emotions. Through Hakomi, I am able to follow my curiosities about the human experience and I have come to adopt Hakomi as my method of choice in therapeutic settings.

I work with a wide range of mental health issues. My areas of practice include adjustment, anxiety, bereavement and grief, depression, relationship difficulties and parental management training, providing guidance and support for parents looking to raise emotionally resilient children. I also work with individuals seeking to learn more about themselves and their life’s purpose.
