Just for a moment, I invite you to put it all down and REST. Lay down what you're holding and join a calm group to ease anxiety, worry and exhaustion. Using deep healing techniques, spend this time healing, nourishing yourself and letting the rest go. Learn ninja-tools for pandemic living. These evenings are designed to invoke deep relaxation so you can drop into good sleep and awake with renewed energy. This is a 4-part series and you're welcome to join one, two, three or the full series. This sequence is inspired by The Hakomi Method created by Ron Kurtz (1934-2011) who bridged Eastern Philosophy with Western Psychology in mindfulness. It is through his teachings I learned to deeply REST.
