About the event
Don McGinnis is a certified Kum Nye instructor and has been teaching Kum Nye for eight years. Kum Nye is a form of Tibetan Yoga, which integrates movement practices with stillness. Kum Nye gives the practitioner the opportunity to mindfully study the body and senses.
