Have you ever felt that you hurt someone when you didn't intend to, especially across difference? Even when you had nothing but good intentions?

This workshop is for those of you who long to move through the world in a more intentional, just and kind way. 

There is often a gap between our intention with others and the impact that we truly have. This is particularly so when there is a power difference between us. We will use Hakomi, Feldenkrais and methods from the 'Right Use of Power Institute' to explore our implicit biases and blind spots.

This workshop will allow you to narrow that gap between intention and impact, allow you to move through the world more aligned with the person you wish to be.
