Welcome to a 3-month workshop series where we will delve into the art and practice of attunement, with others and oneself. This is a multi-level training designed for both persons who are new to Hakomi, as well as a deepening exploration for those who have already participated the method in previous workshops or trainings. You can join one or all of these sessions.

We will be offering our training workshops every Wednesday, 3-5pm PST and every fourth Wednesday the space will be used for structured practice to deepen our new skills. 

For those of you who are interested in continuing to explore the practice of Hakomi, these workshops will count towards a Hakomi training with Hakomi Cascadia. If you are interested in more information, please let us know at info@hakomicascadia.com.
