Dear Hakomi Friends,
Sending you all wishes of well-being. Amidst the wildfires (for some) and the pandemic, we hope you are also experiencing joy, beauty and are being held by your communities.
We are excited to share that Hakomi Cascadia is officially launching our new website and Fall Programs! Our final celebration is on 23rd of September, 2020 4:00-6:00pm PST. We have a full program of workshops, training and practice groups to share.
You are most welcome to join our online launch celebration for nourishing practices and to get a taste of what we will be offering our community. It is open to all and free!
